Litbuy tracking: how to follow a parcel without guessing

Tracking is useful when you use parcel references, carrier events and dates as records—not as a reason to invent a delivery outcome.

Independent guide. This page summarises publicly described Litbuy workflow features and practical checks. Availability, charges, routes and seller terms can change, so use the current order and parcel screens for a live decision.

Start with the parcel record

After a parcel is submitted, keep its order or parcel reference and tracking information shown in your Litbuy account. Confirm that you are looking at the correct parcel before interpreting an update. This matters when multiple parcels contain similar items or were submitted close together.

Read events in sequence

A scan means a carrier or logistics system recorded an event at a particular stage. It does not always mean the parcel is already on a final local delivery vehicle. Review the event sequence, location and most recent update time. Carriers can update in batches across handoffs or customs stages.

Escalate with useful information

If you need help, provide the parcel reference, destination, last tracking event and date you observed it. Describe the specific question rather than only saying tracking is slow. Clear information helps distinguish an ordinary in-transit gap from an issue that needs a closer check.
