LITBUY RESEARCH NOTE / WORKFLOW GUIDE

How to use Litbuy QC photos without over-reading them

QC photos can help at the warehouse stage, but they are evidence for a particular item—not a universal quality guarantee.

Independent guide. This page summarises publicly described Litbuy workflow features and practical checks. Availability, charges, routes and seller terms can change, so use the current order and parcel screens for a live decision.

Understand what photos can show

Litbuy publicly describes QC photos as part of its warehouse workflow. Those images can help you inspect visible colour, shape, labels, obvious marks and whether the received item resembles the selected option. Compare the warehouse photos with the original listing and your saved option, not with a generic expectation.

Ask focused questions

A useful request names the exact detail you need checked: a visible measurement, a logo placement, a colour difference, a missing accessory or a specific area. Broad messages such as “is it good?” are difficult to answer consistently. Keep the question tied to a choice you can make next.

Do not infer hidden qualities

A small set of images cannot confirm fabric composition, long-term durability, authenticity, interior construction or fit on your body. Lighting and camera angle can also change colour. Treat QC as one checkpoint alongside product listing, option selection, measurements and parcel choices.
